Matthew Cronin is an experienced photography assistant and digital tech. Since graduating from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with honors in photography he has worked as a full time studio and field assistant for artist Abelardo Morell as well as a freelance assistant / digital tech for numerous commercial and editorial photographers.
As a digital tech and first assistant, he has working closely with many high profile clients such as the architecture firm Diller Scofidio + Renfo, D.E. Shaw, The New York Times. He is currently accepting jobs globally and is based out of New York City, Boston, and Austin.
Currently Cronin is a MFA candidate in studio at the University of Texas at Austin and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2019. His personal work currently deals with the intersection of history and technology seen through the landscape.
